Right to withdraw and return of goods

If you have purchased the goods from online store as a consumer you shall have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 days as from receipt of the goods and return the goods to

Please be advised that the following items cannot be returned:
goods that have been produced considering your personal needs or according to conditions provided by you;
made to oder products, underwear, stockings, swimwear, earrings, perfumes, cosmetics (for hygiene reasons) if the package has been opened after the goods have been transferred to the customer.

The goods that you wish to return have to be unused, undamaged, in original package and all barcodes and tags attached. Therefore open the package carefully without damaging it.

How to return

To withdraw from the contract of sale please fill in and submit to a return form that can be found here: return form. You can also send an explicit withdrawal application to to the e-mail address:

Within 14 days from submission of the return form, please send the goods back to using the same delivery method that was used by to deliver the goods to you. If the goods were sent to you by a merchant (the designer), then please send the goods back to the merchant’s address.

The care of returning the goods is your responsibility, therefore we strongly recommend that if you send the goods back by other means than Itella SmartPOST or Omniva parcel terminal, you must use the registered parcel service and keep a copy of the registered delivery number just in case your parcel goes missing. is not responsible for goods lost in the returns process.

You shall have to pay the delivery costs for return of the goods (including mail and delivery costs).


In case of withdrawal from the contract of sale, shall refund the sums paid for the goods (purchase price, delivery costs) within 14 days after the receipt of your withdrawal application by, provided that you have within the same period returned the goods or submitted a notice which proves that you have sent the goods back. has the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods or you have provided a notice that you sent back the goods, depending which occurs earlier. will make the refund to the same bank account from where the payment was received.
Returning wrong or defective goods

Please inform immediately, if the item you have received is not the originally ordered item or if the item is defective, but no later than within two months from the moment you became aware of the non-compliance.

You can also send the complaint to to the e-mail address by including at least the following information in the complaint: your name and contact information; date of submission of the complaint; number and date of the contract of sale; description of the omissions/defects of the goods and you claim; photos of the omission, if the defects are visible; and your address, if you wish to receive the reply by regular mail.

This manual is an informative material for the customers explaining the “Conditions of Use”. In case there will be any conflict or discord between the “Conditions of Use” and the manual, the “Conditions of Use” shall prevail.
