PS! Hea artikkel ja online ajakiri, millest võiks wuruhi eeskuju võtta, seal on pandud sisse hästi kuidagi otsekõne ja ütlusi https://www.architecturaldigest.com/story/alessandra-ambrosio-takes-ad-inside-her-southern-california-home

In July Wuruhi was invited to set up Estonian jewelry and accessory design showroom at Radisson Blu Aleksanteri Hotel in Helsinki.

A collaboration that started with the idea of creating memorable experiences by telling stories.

I dare you to say, that you knew the word “wuruhi” meaning “wolf,” comes from the Maori language. In Wuruhi we are a wolf pack – a family of designers and enablers who work to help you discover hidden jewels from Baltics. We present studio artists with exceptional craftsmanship who all tell their unique stories through design.

Some readers might know that we also have a showroom in Tallinn – Solo Sokos Hotel Estoria, the Hotel of Estonian Design and Stories. Showroom that continuously gives us the experience of working with international customers.

We wuruhi team started our journey to Helsinki on the last day of June, when we packed our wolf pack designers’ jewelry and accessories – ready to head on the road to Finland.

In Helsinki, we were warmly greeted by the Radisson Blu Aleksanteri Hotel team, located by the trendy Punavuori neighborhood. Pille, WURUHI founder,  desicribes the atmosphere at the hotel is cozy yet vibrant with exceptional service, that made us feel right at home. We set up our showroom right next to the Aleksanteri lounge, a place where guests are welcomed to relax and enjoy their time.

Fun fact about the Aleksanteri lounge: our first and last day at the hotel was celebrated with the Blu Thursday special event with live music. The event that takes place only during summertime. The evenings were filled with people enjoying the warm summer nights with refreshing drinks, good company, and live music.

And also, they had a special chance to wander among the stories of Estonian designers. Whether it was the story of Hyrv Blossom collection or the inspiration behind Darth Vader cufflinks by Merle Kasonen.

During the whole of July, we had a memorable chance to furthermore tell the stories of our designers through meaningful interactions with the hotel guests.

Whether they were the basketball players from United Kingdom and Argentina, Italian couple from Milan and Venice who were looking for a perfect birthday present, cruise ship travellers from United States in awe of Hyrv elegance, students from Washington DC fascinated by Front craftsmanship, Spanish ladies flabbergasted by Estonian leather designer Astrid Rajalo, Ed Sheeran concert-goers from Moskva who opted for Anneli Tammik Double Lilac earrings and Seco Waxing Moon earrings. The uniqueness of our designers was reflected in the different showroom visitors.

For him tie-aprons by Tie&Apron; Ööloom sleeping masks; wooden bow ties, cufflinks and handkerchiefs by Wooden Lifestyle; elegant cufflinks by Merle Kasonen.

For her we had with us minimalistic Kaire Rannik, lilac and hydrengia inspired earrings by Anneli Tammik, knot earrings by Merle Kasonen, great craftsmanship was represented by Front, elegant Blossom, Tori and Antler collections by Hyrv, colourful dot earrings by Linda al-Assi, leather designer Astrid Rajalo, recycled metal user Seco by Jane Aus, Rita Liivia, Lisa Kroeber, Kairi Lentsius, Birgit Skolimovski, Kaia Saarna, Tohuto.

At our final day we had a chance to make memorable photo shoot. What team wuruhi found what they truelly love about Radisson is that they strive to create a place where everyone can express their authentic selves.

In addition to our unique wolf pack designers, we as a team tell different authentic stories ourselves, what we wanted to capture to photos.

Pille presents or is described a sophisticated, elegant and timeless style. As she says herself, we don’t need many things, but we do need great things. Being constantly on the road and work mode she does not have a lot time to shop basically not at all, when she buys something then things has to last long and be with great quality.  Alli describes Pille as a modern powerful woman who faces the challenges upfront.

Although Alli-Liis is desicribed as opposite, the strong-minded independent creative artist and stylist  with the style of a chameleon. Depending on the day it can be trendy chic or funky bohemian – both worn with style.

There is one thing wchich connects with both Alli and Pille is that they are both hard working young ladies whose passion has came to their lifestyle and work and they are being biggest fans for our jewellwery  artists wearing their creations daily basis.
