Tohuto is a new jewellery company based in Tallinn founded in late 2016 by Kärt Maran.
Here are a few keywords:
Form: Tohuto’s language is minimalism - simple lines and structures, basic geometric forms.
Materials: only best of the best are used - precious metals (sterling silver, 14K and 18K gold) and titanium.
Surface finishes and visual effects: gradient gold plating and electric shades of anodized titanium are just a few keywords to start with.
Wearability: the jewellery is kept lightweight and only body friendly and high quality materials are used.
Hold your head high. Long earrings help.

Muse / Inspiration
When it comes to designing jewellery - people are my ultimate inspiration. I can stare at random people in a bar, street or a coffee shop trying to imagine what kind of jewellery would suit them. Most of the jewellery I’ve designed is made with some certain person in mind but we are rarely acquainted and they rarely get to know about it.
