Wuruhi.com delivers purchases made in Wuruhi.com online store to Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) and to Europe.

If you wish to have the goods purchased from Wuruhi.com online store delivered to a country that is not mentioned in the territories provided above, please contact Wuruhi.com by e-mail (info@wuruhi.com) about delivery options to a particular country.

Delivery options

You can choose the preferred delivery option upon making the order.

You can choose from the following delivery options (please be aware that availability of a particular delivery option may vary depending on the country of destination):

OMNIVA PARCEL TERMINAL
If you choose Omniva parcel terminal as the delivery option (available in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania), the goods shall arrive at the Omniva parcel terminal that you have selected when placing the order, within 3-5 working days after the date on which the order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address.
If the parcel arrives at the Omniva parcel terminal you shall receive an SMS or e-mail notification, indicating the location of the parcel terminal and a door code. You have to enter the door code to the parcel terminal and after that a door of a locker with the parcel sent to you, shall open.

OMNIVA COURIER
If you choose Omniva parcel as the delivery option (available in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania), the goods shall be delivered by a courier to the address that you have provided as a delivery address when placing the order, within 1-3 working days after the date on which the order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address.
The courier shall contact you by phone and agree on a suitable time for delivering the goods to you.

Itella SmartPOST TERMINAL
If you choose Itella SmartPOST terminal as the delivery option (available in Estonia and Finland), the goods shall arrive at the Itella SmartPOST parcel terminal that you have selected when placing the order, within 3-5 working days after the date on which the order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address.
If the parcel arrives at the Itella SmartPOST parcel terminal you shall receive a SMS, indicating the location of the parcel terminal and a door code. You have to enter the door code to the parcel terminal and after that a door of a locker with the parcel sent to you, shall open.

DPD COURIER SERVICE
If you choose DPD courier service (available in Europe), the goods shall be delivered by a courier to the address indicated as a delivery address on the order, normally within 1-3 working days (some countries up to 8 days) after the date on which the order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address.
The courier shall contact you by phone and agree on a suitable time for delivering the goods to

you.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

If you wish to have the goods purchased from Wuruhi.com online store delivered to a country that is not covered with DPD courier service or if you do not want to use the DPD courier service for delivery (nor other delivery options indicated above, if available), then please contact Wuruhi.com by e-mail (info@wuruhi.com) about special delivery options.

All the delivery times provided above apply to goods available for purchase at Wuruhi.com online store that are not produced considering customer’s personal needs or according to conditions provided by the customer (i.e. goods that are not made to order). If the goods are made to order then the goods shall be shipped within the days indicated for the particular goods on the Wuruhi.com online store.

Please consider that during holidays and sale periods in Wuruhi.com online store the delivery times may be longer than normal.

Delivery costs

As every order made by the customer at Wuruhi.com online store is unique and the items purchased are sent out from designer’s studio, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items and designer’s location.

The amount of the delivery costs of the delivery option offered by Wuruhi.com shall be displayed to you upon making the order. Once the contract of sale has been enforced the amount of the delivery costs of the delivery option you have chosen on the order shall be shown on the automatic confirmation of contract of sale sent to you by e-mail.

Please be advised that various customs and import duties may apply upon arrival of the goods depending on the country of destination and these are payable by the receiver of the parcel. We recommend you to turn to the local customs or tax board office for additional information on customs and import duties.

Damage to goods during delivery

If upon arrival the goods are damaged (external damage) or the package has been opened or is damaged, then please immediately take photos of the damages and inform Wuruhi.com thereof by sending a relevant e-mail together with the photos to (info@wuruhi.com).

In case the goods are delivered to you by courier, the goods shall be transferred with accompanying bill of delivery. By signing the bill of delivery you confirm that at the moment of receipt the package was in good condition or that you were satisfied with the condition of the package (goods have no external damage). If you see upon delivery that the goods are damaged (external damage) or the package has been opened or is damaged then you may decline to accept the goods. In such case you have to make a relevant notice to the bill of delivery of the courier.

This manual is an informative material for the customers explaining the “Conditions of Use Wuruhi.com”. In case there will be any conflict or discord between the “Conditions of Use Wuruhi.com” and the manual, the “Conditions of Use Wuruhi.com” shall prevail.
